Marketplace Rules

Trade only what you may lawfully offer

• Do not offer stolen, hacked, compromised, duplicated, fraudulently obtained, or unlawfully accessed accounts, assets, currency, items, codes, or services.
• Do not offer anything that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
• Do not use Vex Market to evade sanctions, export controls, court orders, account restrictions, or other legal limits.
• Do not offer malware, phishing, credential theft, unauthorized access, exploits, cheats intended to harm others, or instructions for unsafe or illegal conduct.

Describe and deliver honestly

• Use accurate titles, descriptions, prices, stock, attributes, images, delivery windows, and delivery instructions.
• Do not impersonate another person, misrepresent ownership, conceal material restrictions, fabricate proof, manipulate order records, or make deceptive claims.
• Sellers must deliver what was agreed. Buyers must not falsely claim non-delivery or misuse reports and refund requests.
• Do not redirect users through deceptive links, request wallet secrets or recovery credentials, or pressure anyone to sign an unrelated transaction.

Use the marketplace safely

• Do not harass, threaten, discriminate against, exploit, or publish private information about another person.
• Do not spam messages, automate abusive traffic, interfere with the service, evade enforcement, or create accounts to continue prohibited conduct.
• Do not manipulate feedback, coordinate fake trades, submit knowingly false reports, or abuse reporting tools to disrupt another seller.
• Never share passwords, recovery codes, private keys, seed phrases, or one-time verification codes in listings or messages.

Game and publisher restrictions

A game publisher may restrict account transfers, real-money trading, boosting, currency sales, or other marketplace activity. Vex Market does not guarantee that a listing or trade is permitted by a publisher. Each user must review the rules that apply to the game and accepts the risk of suspension, reversal, non-transferability, or loss. Vex Market may remove activity that creates legal, safety, or service-integrity risk, but these Rules do not promise enforcement of every publisher term.

Reports and operator review

Use the available report controls for suspected rule violations. Reports must be truthful and limited to the listed reason that best matches the issue. Vex Market may preserve relevant records, pause checkout, remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts during or after operator review. A report does not guarantee a response, a particular decision, delivery, reimbursement, or reversal. This testnet bundle does not establish adjudicated buyer-seller dispute outcomes.
