What does Vex charge?

Nothing. Vex is free to use, has no paid features, and receives no part of buyer-to-seller payments. Network, wallet, internet, or other third-party costs may still apply.

Do I need a crypto wallet?

Not before signing up. You can use the built-in wallet on your Vex account or connect a browser wallet that supports Base Sepolia, such as MetaMask or Coinbase Wallet.

Does Vex ever hold my money?

No. Payments move on-chain straight from the buyer's wallet to the seller's wallet. Vex never takes custody of your funds at any point.

When do sellers get paid?

The payment transaction sends test USDC directly to the seller's payout wallet. Vex marks the order paid after the required Base Sepolia confirmations. There is no Vex payout balance or withdrawal step.

How do I start selling?

Create an account, add your payout wallet, and post your listing. Listing is free.

What if the seller doesn't deliver on time?

Every order shows the seller's delivery window before checkout. After that deadline, the buyer can mark the order not received. This pauses new checkout on the seller's listings until the buyer confirms receipt, a verified refund is sent, or an operator closes the report. Reports do not automatically change seller feedback.

What does checkout use?

Checkout currently uses Testnet USDC on Base Sepolia. Testnet USDC has no intended monetary value, and no real funds move while Vex is on testnet.
